Job Description: 

The person in this role, under the supervision of the Finance Manager, actively participates in preparing the budget and monitoring its implementation, and is responsible for providing reliable information necessary for making strategic decisions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the yearly budgeting cycle for the plant and ensures the accuracy and completeness of the budget data
  • Responsible for forecasting process
  • Accountable and responsible for the monthly financial reporting including comment and presentation to the management team (balance sheet, P&L, KPI)
  • Monitoring manufacturing costs, performing gross margin analysis, controlling production orders, and overseeing physical inventory counts
  • CapEx and OpEx Management
  • Monitoring  inventory performance, turnover, impairments, managing and mitigating excess and obsolete inventory through proactive action plans
  • Participating  in SOX and statutory audits and recommend enhancements
  • Cloose cooperating with a Plant Manager, Divisional VP and Financial VP

Requirements:

  • Higher education in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork and communication skills in an international environment
  • Precision, accuracy, reliability, punctuality
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and other analytical tools
  • Very good English
