Job Title:  Specialist, Sales & Service (China)

Introduction:

Reporting to Sales & Service Manager CAMECA and in his geographical area of responsibility, your main mission is to support the sales & service managers for the Marcom, commercial and service activities of CAMECA and the coordination of activities related to CAMECA country team.

Responsibilities:

The Sales & Service Specialist will

• Manage the administrative tasks of the local Cameca team: sales, marcom and after-sales.
• In the absence of the Sales Managers, within the framework of the delegation given by the Sales Manager.
• Control inventory and follow up on orders & delivery to clients per requirements from service team.
• Take charge of issuing quotes and invoices and ensure follow-up in conjunction with Cameca's accounting/financial department.
• Manage logistics for shipping parts and tools for Fields Service Engineer on-site operations.
• Participate in the preparation of calls for tenders and collect all the necessary elements from Cameca operations: Gennevilliers (FR), Madison (US)
• Follow the flow of goods to customers and keep them informed of the situation in real time
• Organize and support marketing events such as conferences, exhibitions, workshops and visits.
• Assist area/sales managers in market research and market intelligence gathering.
• Support service manager for daily operation data.
• Support all activities in relation to CAMECA business in the country.

Requirements:

• Education & experience:
  • Secretary / assistant education in international business
  • Fluent in the country language of communication, and English for the internal communication
  • Office productivity: CRM, Word, Excel, Power Point, ERP, etc.
• Professionnal knowledge & abilities:
  • Able to manage the daily task.
  • Understand the command from management & work by autonomy;
  • Sense of organization;
  • Availability;
  •  
    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
