Job Title:  Operations Assembler

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assembly, in strict accordance with safety specifications, complete assembly, testing process in strict accordance with the drawings and work instructions, complete process inspection and record
• Responsible for daily maintenance of corresponding production equipment, tools, fixtures, etc.
• Actively participate in the training of multi-skilled employees, and participate and complete other daily work such as hydro test, sandblasting, painting, packaging, etc.
• Responsible for the anti-rust and other protective treatment of materials on site,
• Responsible for 5S and visual management on site
• Complete other production-related matters arranged by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Technical school or above in mechanical, M&E or instrument major
• Over 3 year working experience in field instrument assembly or related with fitter foundation, familiar with assembly tooling (hand drill, rivet gun,
• electric/pneumatic wrench etc.)
• Familiar with mechanical drawings, universal inspection tools and method
• Can lift 30 kg weights and move 50 kgs
• Honesty, self-confidence, conscientious, good execution, good at team work

岗位职责

严格遵守公司安全规范，严格按照图纸及工艺规范，完成产品装配和测试工作，完成本工序过程检验并记录

负责对应生产设备、工具、工装等的安全与日常维护保养

积极参加公司多技能员工培训，参与并完成其他水压、喷砂、喷漆、包装等日常工作

负责本工序现场物料的防锈等防护处理；执行5S和目视管理，维护工具和工作区域整洁和干净；

完成上级主管安排的其他与生产相关事宜

任职要求

机械、机电或者仪表专业类中专及以上学历；

3年以上工业仪表类产品装配工作经验；

有钳工基础，熟悉通用机械工具（手枪钻，铆钉枪，电/气动扳手等）

熟悉通用测量工具和方法；熟悉机械图纸；

能举重30 公斤重或者移动50公斤重物料；

诚实，自信，尽责，执行力强，良好的团队合作精神；
