Job Description: 
  1. Synergy one standardized MRO procedure with vendor list for AITS campus BU and functional department
  2. Source the MRO parts in China for BU and meet the PPV budget
  3. Maintain the annual pricing and monthly review with data analysis
  4. Support buyers to push suppliers deliver the goods on time according to campus pull in/push out instruction
  5. Manage suppliers to compliance with RoHS, Reach, CFDA, CFM and Customs
  6. Deal the payment, contract etc with suppliers
  7. Involve in material transportation if needed
  8. Any ad hoc tasks directed by superiors
