Job Description:
Within the Level Measurement Solutions business, the Project Quote Specialists interface with clients to provide solutions based on customer needs/requirements for moderate and complex quotations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Draft moderately complex quotes using the LMS Quoting Software.
- Review technical documents provided by the client including, but not limited to, specifications, data sheets, drawings, and publicly available competitor literature/information.
- Research technical questions relating to LMS products from customers, and representative
- Provide technical and marketing information to customers, representatives, and partners in the selection of LMS products based on provided specifications/information.
- Professionally communicate with customers, representatives, and others to resolve issues relating to quotes, orders and/or other inquires.
- Review Request for Quotation (RFQ) received from customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and/or specifications to provide quotation.
- Quotation follow up via email/telephone with customer to increase quotation won rate.
- Act as a liaison between factory, sales team and customers.
- Regular Quotation, opportunity and order update on CRM tool – Salesforce
- Project & MRO Management Support and Documentation.
- Responsible for the engineering design for orders in production, including the dimensional drawings, production drawings, and BOM.
- Responsible for resolving technical issues related to all products and their applications, providing design solutions for non-standard and customized products.
- Assist the promotion activities (eg: seminars, translations, etc)
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
- Associates (or higher) Degree in General Business, Engineering, or another technical field.
- High School degree required (or equivalent).
- Good organizational skills
- Good command of English in listening, speaking, and writing.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industry Automation, Instrumentation and Automation, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years working experience in technical support and AE or similar role.
- Experience of multinational company and familiar with the instruments is preferred
- Experience with with Computer tools, AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.
- A good team player and fast learner.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with great attention to details.
- Confident with good communication both internal and external.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented.
