Job Title: Country Sales Manager, China

POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Manager in China is a critical role responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for Process Improvements in China. The incumbent is responsible for leading a dedicated team of sales, service, and application professionals to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that maximizes revenue and profitability for the company across core markets.
The incumbent will have a deep understanding of the Chinese market, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will:
• Manage and drive China Sales Team to achieve sales targets incl personal development.
• Manage regional distributors and performance manage against quotas.
• Work with service team to build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeating business and positive customer satisfaction.
• Provide product and application training of Reps, Distributors & Customers.
• Perform duties as directed by the PIBU ASIA-PAC Manager.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, marketing, or physics.
• 10 years or more in sales of instrumentation into industrial markets.
• Five years in sales management as regional or district sales engineer.
• Have knowledge of process analyzers and applications in major industry markets.
• Bi-Lingual. Proficiency in Chinese and English.
