Job Title: Senior regional sales manager - East

The Senior Regional Manager main role is to generate revenues on his assigned territory through the distribution network by monitoring the sales activities and managing actively his actual and future distribution network. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for mentoring new team members and contributing to the professional development of other Account Managers or Regional Managers within the team.
Essentials functions:
Along with the local National Sales Manager, contribute to the definition of the local growth strategy and initiatives
Contribute to improve sales process
Contribute to the definition of best practices
Demonstrate a positive leadership and a great influence on the team including our distributors
Achieve or exceed sales target on the assigned territory
Manage the reseller network in assigned territory
Establish growth strategies and action plans with resellers and follow-up
Monitor resellers opportunities
Participation to trade shows, technical events, open-house, sales meetings and other sales events
Provide sales forecast and participate to forecast review meetings
Ensure continuous improvement of resellers technical skills on Faro Creaform solutions
Requirements:
At least 5 years if experience in a similar position
Knowledge of english and mandarin
Readiness to travel 40-50% of the time
Degree in Business management or Engineering
Relevant experience in technology sales and channel sales management
Knowledge in Metrology, Quality Control or Reverse Engineering is an asset
Results oriented and autonomous
