Job Description: 

Production - Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, and distribution of goods. Oversee daily, weekly, monthly shipment performance targets and implement improvements necessary to achieve targets. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.

 

• Coordination and Supervision: Coordinate, manage, monitor and improve the workings of various departments in the organization.

• Best Practices: Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to    rules, regulations and procedures.

• Human Resources - Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules.    Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.

• Communication - Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of managed departments. Coordinate communication between departments to support company goals.

• Strategic Input - Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activities. Implement and manage operational plans. Recommend capital expenditures and provide input to the budgeting processes.

  Leadership - Strong leadership and verbal communication skills to motivate and foster a team culture aligned around the business strategy.

Talent Management – Partner with Human Resources to develop strategies to attract, select, train, develop, retain, promote, and move employees through the organization as part of the overall Crystal         Engineering Business Strategy.

  Perform other duties as assigned or needed to support Ametek’s growth strategy and company goals.

Compensation

Salary Minimum:  $110,000
Salary Maximum:  $130,000
Incentive:  No
