Job Summary:

The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist (CRM) is a key contributor to the Marketing Department at AMETEK Programmable Power. While the primary focus of this position will be to support marketing automation and CRM initiatives across various platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, etc.) within the organization, the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist (CRM) will also support digital marketing campaigns and market research projects when aligned with the above items. This position reports to the Marketing Director and will collaborate with the Digital Marketing team members as well as the Content Marketing and Product Marketing Teams. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Pardot and Salesforce development projects and drive functionality improvements across the platforms. Actively research and propose optimizations in marketing automation, field/layout configuration and integrations with other systems.
  • Lead Salesloft campaigns across sales and marketing teams; provide training and ongoing support. Optimize campaigns and report on results/KPIs.
  • Actively propose new campaigns, marketing automation and other marketing activities based on data-driven understanding of past results and/or market research.
  • Deliver marketing assets including email templates, forms, and landing pages.
  • Significantly increase lead quantity and quality by applying best practices to digital marketing programs.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to website performance, lead capturing, lead scoring, and lead nurturing processes. Support lead generation activities via Pardot (email campaigns, automation, reporting, etc.). 
  • Contribute to the global adoption of Salesforce (SFDC) Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Support migration to Salesforce Pardot. Will include system integration/mapping support, preparation of training materials and ongoing troubleshooting.
  • Support deployment of a channel/partner facing portal which allows for the exchange of relevant Sales & Marketing materials. This portal will also serve as the primary location for access to the business Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tool.
  • Oversee and maintain dashboards/tools for tracking marketing campaign KPIs and conversion/opportunity attribution. 
  • Support website maintenance and content updates in Sitecore across Programmable Power, VTI, IntelliPower and regional sites. 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA a plus. 
  • 4 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably B2B), lead generation and/or marketing-related project management. 
  • Three years of experience and specific operational knowledge of marketing automation, lead management, email marketing, web management and on-page SEO. 

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Experience working with external/internal international teams or within a Global team structure. 
  • Website CRM experience (such as Wordpress, Magento, etc.). 
  • Google Ads experience (certification highly preferred). 
  • Pardot or similar marketing automation experience.  
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar experience. 
  • BigCommerce or similar eCommerce experience. 
  • Social media (LinkedIn) experience.

This position has an option to work remotely a couple of days per week.

Salary Range:

The annual pay range for this position generally ranges between $90,000 - $110,000. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition, AMETEK provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee assistance program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off.
