Job Summary:

Plays a pivotal role in our marketing team, contributing significantly to both creative and content development efforts. Responsible for driving the creation of visually compelling and strategically aligned marketing materials. Key responsibilities include leading the design and development of a wide range of marketing assets, including product launch materials, videos, advertisements, and digital content. The specialist will ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.  In addition to design responsibilities, the specialist will oversee high-quality thought leadership content such as white papers, application notes, and case studies, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance. The role also involves providing substantial support for key digital marketing initiatives, including website design, social media graphics, email campaigns, and online advertising. Utilizing design software and tools, the specialist will create engaging and effective digital content. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align design efforts with overall marketing strategies. The specialist will report directly to the Director of Marketing, providing regular updates on project progress and outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amplify the brand and develop compelling marketing content to directly support both the identity and sales of the AMETEK Programmable Power’s product portfolio - SEO optimized blogs, emails, landing pages, ads, video content, social media and more.
  • Align all business unit content and branded materials within guidelines provided by AMETEK Corp.
  • Create, modify, and provide design support for product images, datasheets, product presentations, graphics, brochures, eBooks, advertising, videos, landing pages, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts in writing, editing/proofing relevant, engaging, value-added demand generation and awareness content.
  • Partner with Product Management to outline and execute successful launch of new products, services, and options.
  • Management of the trade publisher advertising calendar and assets required to activate, which also includes tracking advertising results (impressions, leads, etc.) to measure ongoing ROI.
  • Social Media: Define content calendar driving engagement across all available channels with a priority placed on LinkedIn.
  • Support the design and execution of regular campaigns to both channel/sales reps and customers. Items may include email blasts, newsletters, press releases, product announcements, etc.
  • Utilization of the in-house marketing automation platform (Pardot).

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years of B2B content marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (marketing assets, video & web).
  • Ability to provide portfolio examples of creative/design assets, video, and written content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Possible travel 1-2 times per year

Salary Range:

The annual pay range for this position generally ranges between $80,000 - $100,000. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition, AMETEK provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee assistance program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off.
