Job Title:  Inside Sales Representative

As a Inside Sales Representative, you will be performing a variety of complex and confidential projects and programs pertaining to Sales Administration, organization and operation of departmental duties. 

The Inside Sales Representative will:

• Perform a diverse, complex and confidential responsibilities under limited supervision. 
• Screen visitors, customer calls and direct customer inquiries to appropriate internal teams. 
• Responsive to customer complaints and requests for information. 
• Research, compile and analyze data for special projects and prepare routine tasks, such as orders, quotes, releases, status reports and perform data input. 
• Maintain a variety of files and records of information. 
• Collects, analyzes and interprets statistical and other data.
• Review contracts and agreements, bids and petitions, acts as liaison with Administrative staff related with efficiency of operations.

Inside Sales Representative position requirements:

• Three years’ experience in an administrative position. 
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgment decisions with speed and accuracy. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, grammar, spelling and punctuation. 
• Must posses skills to work independently for planning, organizing, scheduling, coordinating and make decisions relating to assigned projects. 
• Ability to perform, implement and maintain the proper use of filing system and able to organize the work-flow. 
• Good mathematical skills for accurate calculations. 
• Ability to operate standard office equipment including a variety of computer programs. 
• Ability to input data in computer system with speed and accuracy.  
• Customer oriented and excellent public relations skills and ability to establish working relationships and interacting effectively with a wide range and level of administration.
• Experience in handling SAP, or similarly related database management tools.
