Zygo EPO in Richmond, CA is looking for a Sr. Manager, Engineering to join our team.

 

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Responsible for people management and career development activities including recruiting, onboarding, training, mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Responsible for resource allocation and working with Team Leads to anticipate program staffing and skillset needs
  • Responsible for leading a talented group of engineers to perform conceptual design, analysis, and development of new products and innovative changes to existing products. Support manufacturing/sustaining engineering resource needs as required.
  • Support capital equipment procurement, from concept to commissioning for fabrication and metrology tools.
  • Work with multiple engineering disciplines and co-developers to ensure timely realization of competitive, serviceable products that keep the semiconductor industry moving forward.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to further improve the quality and efficiency of the organization.

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering required. Graduate degree a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years in a people leadership role.
  • Experience leading a multi-disciplinary technical program preferred.

Compensation

Salary Minimum:  $190,000
Salary Maximum:  $200,000 +
