The Program Manager will drive the execution and delivery of a strategically significant, high profile, fast-paced, technologically challenging development program to further enable the growing EUV market. The program will entail designing, building, testing, qualifying, and refining key metrology and manufacturing technology and equipment to achieve sub-nanometer precision optics, thereby enabling customer success.

 

The role will drive our customer success by delivering critical components on-time and on budget, drive decision-making and managing evolving priorities, lead customer milestone reporting and earned value management for revenue recognition, and ensure industrialization of technology, resources, documentation, facility and equipment necessary to transition program from development to long-term production of sub-nanometer precision optical components and sub-assemblies.

What you will bring:

  • B.S in Engineering
  • 10 years of experience delivering complex program deliverables on time, on budget while meeting technical objectives
  • Strong process development experience in a high-tech environment
  • Successful execution of significant capital projects, working as an OEM supplier in semi-con market preferred
  • Drive to achieve in a fast, high-tech environment.
  • Ability to sell, influence and collaborate in a cross-functional or matrix environment, driving and motivating the team to perform.
  • Your analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • A proactive communication style that facilitates confidence in decision-making, particularly with senior leadership and customers
  • A bias for action, holding self and others accountable.

 

 

What is nice to have: 

Advanced technical degree or MBA

PMP Certification

Experience in optical design and assembly in a high-volume manufacturing operation.

Salary Minimum:  $200,000 +
Salary Maximum:  $200,000 +
