As an Industrial Engineer Intern, you will embark on an exciting 3-months journey, working on impactful projects that allow you to develop essential engineering skills and contribute to meaningful advancements in our products and processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze operational data including machine capacity, cycle times, labor availability, and resource constraints.
  • Update and validate the Machine Matrix to improve accuracy of equipment capability and utilization tracking.
  • Support development of capacity and resource models to forecast load, identify bottlenecks, and simulate production scenarios.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams to gather inputs and verify modeling assumptions.
  • Build dashboards or visual summaries to present capacity findings and recommended improvements.
  • Participate in digital‑transformation initiatives aimed at increasing data visibility and decision‑making accuracy.
  • Document processes, findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

Preferred Majors or Coursework:

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
