As a Data Automation Engineer Intern, you will embark on an exciting 3-months journey, working on impactful projects that allow you to develop essential engineering skills and contribute to meaningful advancements in our products and processes. This is an on-site position and is located in Richmond, CA.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Billions of data points are currently trapped in messy, handwritten PDF forms. We are building the bridge between physical ink and digital intelligence.

We need an engineer to lead the charge in transforming noisy images into structured, actionable insights. You will:

  • Develop intelligent OCR pipelines to extract handwritten data.
  • Implement OpenCV for image preprocessing to enhance document quality.
  • Structure unstructured data using SQL/NoSQL and Python libraries.
  • Create automated analytical reports and dashboards

 

Preferred Majors or Coursework:

  • Computer Science Engineering
  • Software Engineering
  • Data Engineering
