Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels in the supplies and spare parts warehouses, managing, administering, and coordinating storage processes. Efficiently manage and administer shipments of finished products and supplies from the Plant and Distribution Center, as well as control the entry and exit of materials and products from the warehouses. Plan, coordinate, and manage the operational movements of the supply, spare parts, and shipping warehouses, carrying out administrative control of the warehouses, validation of critical products, and administering and developing procedures for inventory optimization, ensuring that the activities of the billing area are carried out in a timely manner for shipments.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled 100% in good condition and on time.
- Validate order documentation.
- Control response letters.
- Perform inventories (physical counts) of existing products.
Experience & Skills
- High School Diploma.
- Previous experience in shipping
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and material flow.
- English: Basic-Intermediate
- Experience using forklifts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) is a plus.
