Job Description: 

As Quality Technician you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality through meticulous inspection, verification, and documentation processes. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our products, from incoming materials to final packaging.

 

Responsibilities

  • Incoming Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and components to ensure they meet specified quality standards, document and report any discrepancies or non-conformities found during inspections.

  • In process – Final Verification: Perform in-process inspections and final verifications of products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications, collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues identified during the manufacturing process.

  • NCMRs – Non-conforming Material and FARS – First Article Inspection: Manage Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) and ensure proper documentation and resolution of non-conforming materials, conduct First Article Inspections (FARS) to validate the quality and compliance of initial production runs.

  • Calibration Control: Maintain and control the calibration of inspection and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability, schedule and perform regular calibration checks and maintain calibration records.

  • Documentation Control: Ensure all quality-related documentation is accurately maintained and easily accessible, update and manage quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection records.

  • Final Packaging – Before and After Sterilization: Oversee the final packaging process to ensure products are packaged according to quality standards, verify the integrity and quality of packaging before and after sterilization processes.
     

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical College or University degree.
  • Knowledge of quality terms,Visual inspections
  • Knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
