Job Description: 
The Quality Auditor is responsible for performing inspections and audits of finished products, sub‑assemblies, incoming materials, and in‑process production to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications. This role supports quality processes through documentation, evaluation, and identification of non‑conformities.
 
 
Responsibilities
  • Perform final, in‑process, and incoming inspections following applicable procedures, quality standards, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Identify, segregate, and document non‑conforming product; notify production supervision when required.
  • Maintain inspection reports, records, and quality documentation accurately and up to date.
  • Support functional and visual evaluations of finished product to determine compliance with specifications.
  • Assist production when evaluating supplier scrap and determining disposition.
  • Ensure compliance with process controls through first‑piece and process inspections.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of quality tools and data collection systems (e.g., rejection charts, control charts).
  • Participate in implementation and maintenance of the company quality system (AS9100).
  • Initiate actions to prevent non‑conformities and stop production when required.
  • Represent customer quality requirements in relevant internal functions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
