Position Overview: We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager – Marketing Operations to keep our marketing engine running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone of the team—planning global tradeshows, managing workflows, tracking team capacity, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, agencies, product, and external partners to streamline execution, improve visibility, and drive accountability. Job Responsibilities:
- Scope and manage marketing projects of all sizes, ensuring deliverables align with scope, timelines, and budget.
- Organize and lead sprint planning for the marketing team, using Monday.com to track capacity and progress.
- Set up and manage creative check-ins, reviews, and approvals to keep work moving efficiently.
- Monitor project risks, flag issues early, and propose solutions to keep everything on track.
- Manage the workflow of multiple projects from estimation to final delivery.
- Plan and execute global tradeshows and conferences, coordinating logistics, budgets, and marketing materials.
- Track and report on event performance and impact, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Prepare regular reports on team productivity, project status, and marketing performance.
- Organize and maintain content in our DAM system and shared drives for easy access and version control.
- Set up stakeholder meetings and lead marketing readouts to share progress and insights.
- Report monthly expenses, and forecast to ensure the team stays on track budget
- Collect and organize information from EDUs forms and to support campaign case studies planning
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills—you thrive on structure and clarity
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello)
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication
- Budget tracking and forecasting experience is a plus
- Familiarity with DAM systems and content organization best practices
- A proactive mindset—you anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep things moving
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
