Job Title:  Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring that production targets are met with the highest quality and efficiency. This role involves coordinating activities and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will do:

• Production Oversight: Supervise daily operations of the production line to meet production schedules and targets.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and implement quality control measures.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and promote a culture of safety within the team.
• Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and labor, to maximize production output.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any production issues or delays, working closely with other departments as needed.
• Training: Provide training and development opportunities for production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

What we are looking for:

• College degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Bilingual Spanish and English. 
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, 5S, Kanban, and Six Sigma (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
