Job Title:  Production Specialist

The Production Specialist is responsible for meeting established production targets at certified workstations, supporting coworkers as needed, and ensuring correct product assembly through the interpretation of drawings, work orders, routers, and assembly instructions, while maintaining high product quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to drawings, assembly instructions, and router requirements
• Complete and sign off each executed and inspected operation in the router
• Perform inspection and packing of finished products
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area
• Perform autonomous maintenance activities
• Identify opportunities for improvement
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Poka Yoke)
• Provide support to Production Technicians
• Comply with all Quality System requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as an operator or in a similar position
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, BOMs and assembly instructions
• Ability to operate production equipment and tools
• Proficient in the use of hand tools including cutting pliers (wire cutters) and rubber mallets
