Job Title:  Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for coordinating and executing administrative and technical maintenance activities for plant machinery and equipment, installation ,ensuring proper operation, training of operators, optimizing production costs, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to production areas, ensuring machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
• Execute and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Coordinate equipment installation, relocation, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for materials, tools, and spare parts.
• Participate in process improvements and new equipment implementation.
• Implement preventive/corrective actions for identified failures to avoid recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality standards (ISO 9001).
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

 Requirements

• Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position or in a manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in the use of Armature and Stators Winders.
• Skilled in the use of Rotors Balancers.
• English reading, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC, and basic electrical systems.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.
• Ability to travel to USA (VISA and Passport up to Date).
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Quality, safety, and organization focus, 6’s.
