Job Title:  Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure continuous and efficient production operations. This role minimizes downtime, supports equipment changes and setups, and contributes to continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Keep equipment running efficiently and reduce downtime.
• Perform equipment setups, installations, and changeovers.
• Support production line start‑ups and troubleshooting.
• Implement fixtures and poka‑yoke solutions.
• Contribute to improvement programs such as 6’s, LOTO, safety, and continuous improvement meetings.
• Execute corrective actions assigned by the supervisor.
• Provide support for general plant maintenance needs.
• Perform daily assigned tasks according to production and supervisor requirements.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or Technical career preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment repair.
• Understanding of electrical and hydraulic installations.
• Basic knowledge of PLC programming and sensors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic English skills.
