Job Description:
The Junior Production Scheduler supports the planning of production activities by helping organize daily tasks and ensuring materials are available to keep production running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing daily and weekly production schedules.
- Help monitor production activities to ensure they follow the established plan.
- Support the coordination of raw materials and components needed for production.
- Update and maintain production schedules, reports, and basic records.
- Report any delays or issues in production to the supervisor.
- Work with Production, Logistics, and Purchasing teams to follow up on requirements.
- Support improvements in planning and organization processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related (in progress or recently completed is acceptable).
- 0–1 year of experience (internships or academic projects are acceptable).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
- Basic communication skills.
