Job Description: 

As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to customers and internal teams by assisting with order processing, data entry, and resolving basic inquiries. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service and develop skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner.
  • Assist with creating quotes and reviewing purchase orders under supervision.
  • Perform accurate data entry for orders and maintain customer records.
  • Support the management of customer portals and update information as needed.
  • Help resolve routine customer issues related to production orders.
  • Maintain organized files for quotations, orders, and related documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Provide administrative support for internal and external customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and export regulations.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Internship experience in a related field is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle experience is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
