Job Title:  Industrial Engineer

The Industrial Engineer will focus on enhancing production efficiency and ensuring the successful implementation of continuous improvement strategies. This role requires collaboration with various departments to streamline processes and support product introductions.

What you will do:

• Efficiency Analysis: Examine production processes to identify and implement improvements that boost efficiency and reduce waste.

• Line Balancing: Ensure optimal balance of production lines, including layout design, work instructions, and line capacity management.

• NPI Support: Provide support for new product introductions from initial samples to full-scale production.

• Engineering Change Management: Oversee both internal and external engineering changes, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation.

• Cost Analysis: Conduct costing analysis for product processes and implement cost-effective solutions.

• Product Transfer: Manage the introduction of products in Reynosa, including handling transfers of existing product lines.

• Documentation Management: Control and maintain documentation such as work instructions, flow diagrams, time studies, and continuous improvement records.

• Continuous Improvement: Lead and document continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

We are looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).

• Familiarity with ISO standards.

• Proficiency in Oracle, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks (preferred).

• Training in Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
