Job Title:  Group Leader

The Group Leader provides operational and management support to the production lines. This position delivers practical on-the-job training and guidance to direct production personnel and supports the supervisor in coordinating the activities required to meet the production schedule with quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support for daily production needs.
• Support the supervisor in coordinating actions to meet weekly production schedules with quality and efficiency.
• Verify compliance with the production schedule for the assigned work area.
• Coordinate personnel movements related to attendance, overtime, and leave requests.
• Monitor hourly performance against the daily production plan.
• Support the training of new employees and evaluate the material produced during training.
• Prepare assigned reports.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment or a similar position.
• Technical knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
