Job Description: 

The Group Leader provides management support, required and applicable on-the-job training, as well as guidance to direct personnel on production lines.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to production
  • Identify malfunctions in complex or troubled production equipment and recommend changes to improve the process
  • Utilize existing test equipment to determine if product requirements are within desired specifications
  • Comply with all Quality and Quality Systems requirements
  • Comply with the respective Health, Safety and Environmental rules
  • Preparation of reports and activities as assigned 

 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Process
  • Knowledge of Office software (Excel)
  • Knowledge of ERP Software is a plus (Oracle)
