Job Title: Finance Specialist

The Finance Specialist is responsible for supporting Accounts Receivable and Finance Processes on timely and accurate delivery of accounting activities and financial analyses.
Main responsibilities:
Process accounts receivable transactions.
Manage collection efforts and associated functions.
Provide support for internal and external audits.
Process Credit card payments as needed.
Update client accounts based on payment or contact information.
Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
Month End Financial Closing support - Responsible for monthly AR closing including journal entries & account reconciliations & analysis.
Support on confirmation of Intercompany Monthly Balances.
Prepare recurring monthly journal entries related.
Daily interface with CSR team & Warehouse team to clarify and follow up Invoices and payments issues.
Support on preparation of Daily Sales reports and Analysis as requested.
Review and release Customer’s Sales orders and Accounts according to current credit terms.
Completing required forms & testing necessary for SOX compliance.
Confirm with Treasury Cash Balances.
Work with Customers portals and updated accesses as required.
Completing required Credit forms applications and provide support.
Support Finance Manager on accounting activities as needed.
Requirements & skills:
3 + years in a similar position.
Bilingual
Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficient MS Office.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP system.
SOX compliance exposure preferably.
