Job Title:  Engineering Technician

We are seeking an Engineering Technician for our second shift operations. The Engineering Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment in assigned areas, minimizing production times, in support of the personnel in charge.

What you will do:

• Track and improve product yields. 

• Assist in implementing fixtures and Poka Yokes.

• Help implement corrective actions.

• Maintain production line start-ups. 

• Generate preventive maintenance programs.

• Support in training employees on current and new machinery.  

• Support with quotation requests.

• Follow applicable QMS Procedures and Instructions.

• Follow AMETEK's Safety, Environmental, Hygiene, and Security Procedures.

What we are looking for:

• 1 year of experience in similar position; Mechanical/electromechanical technician preferred

• Knowledge of electric motor assembly manufacturing processes

• Experience handling of manufacturing machines (pneumatic presses)

• Experience and knowledge in the handling of measuring equipment (Vernier, Micrometers)

• Basic English preferred

• Basic computer knowledge preferred

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Standard preferred
