Job Title:  CNC Technician

We are seeking a CNC Machine Technician to join our Production team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of CNC processes by following established methods and meeting the area's quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, as well as the ability to interpret blueprints, monitor production processes, and ensure the quality of the final product.

Responsibilities

• Perform CNC machining processes according to established work instructions, method sheets, and blueprints.
• Inspect materials to ensure process quality requirements are met.
• Carry out process monitoring activities, including checklists and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Investigate the root causes of defects and propose process improvements.
• Train new technicians on proper CNC machining techniques and procedures.
• Verify that the work area complies with applicable specifications (PPS, WP, MS) and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Technical Degree or High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of CNC equipment, including 4-axis and 5-axis machines.
• Ability to interpret process diagrams and method sheets (MS).
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of Oracle software is preferred.
• Flexibility and availability to work different schedules.
