Job Title:  Buyer/ Planner

Purchase Order generation and follow up to assure equipment, services, raw material and non-productive materials are in place based in Max demand, same time keeping update and maintenance of purchase orders in Max system, keep up with Item Master file, work in team with Import Export Department supplying all documents necessary for an smooth importation, follow up of nonconformance material with Quality Department till disposition, invoices issue follow up,  in a Manufacturing according to ISO 13485 guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS/BA degree in supply chain, business, or engineering discipline

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience

Experience working with MRP.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Exposure to supply chain and / or manufacturing operations and concepts.

Complies with all internal policies and procedures.

Strong people skills. Ability to work successfully within teams.

Utilizes sound judgment and decision making 

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in procurement 

Excellent communication and presentation

Experience in manufacturing processes

Strong problem solving and analysis skills

Solid knowledge of MS Office 

primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Skills

MRP knowledge ERP / MRP systems .
Knowledge and experience with Materials Planning productive and non productive.
NCMR Vendor Handling.
Coordination of Importation process. 
Knowledge of software tools to support the above skills (Excel, power Point, etc.).
English level 80%
