The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Inspector to join our team at the Ramsgate facility. This is a key quality-focused role supporting the inspection and certification of aircraft components across a range of platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect aircraft components across multiple platforms, including B737, E190, A319/A320, and A321
  • Perform intermediate and final inspections in line with regulatory and customer requirements
  • Raise, manage, and track concessions using various OEM platforms
  • Carry out (or work towards) certifying responsibilities, as applicable
  • Accurately book in work orders and maintain inspection records
  • Support the training and development of the Inspection team
  • Ensure full compliance with quality standards at all times
  • Adhere to all QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) regulations and industry standards

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Demonstrated competence and experience in relevant inspection processes and equipment
  • A positive, proactive “can‑do” attitude with a strong problem‑solving mindset
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, customers, and external auditors
  • Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
  • Willingness to develop skills further, including progression towards certifying authority, where applicable
