The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Inspector to join our team at the Ramsgate facility. This is a key quality-focused role supporting the inspection and certification of aircraft components across a range of platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect aircraft components across multiple platforms, including B737, E190, A319/A320, and A321
- Perform intermediate and final inspections in line with regulatory and customer requirements
- Raise, manage, and track concessions using various OEM platforms
- Carry out (or work towards) certifying responsibilities, as applicable
- Accurately book in work orders and maintain inspection records
- Support the training and development of the Inspection team
- Ensure full compliance with quality standards at all times
- Adhere to all QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) regulations and industry standards

- Demonstrated competence and experience in relevant inspection processes and equipment
- A positive, proactive “can‑do” attitude with a strong problem‑solving mindset
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, customers, and external auditors
- Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
- Willingness to develop skills further, including progression towards certifying authority, where applicable
