Job Title:  Division VP, System Engineering & Innovation

Introductory Paragraph:

The Division VP of Systems Engineering will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive engineering and New Product Development program for the business units (BUs) in the Materials Analysis Division. This position offers the opportunity to make a
significant and highly visible impact on a successful and growing organization. The position includes a good deal of latitude in laying out the structure and the team, building on strengths and diving improvements.

This position reports directly to MAD's General Manager as part of the Materials Analysis Division team with each business unit's head of Engineering/R&D functionally reporting into this role.

Responsibilities section:

• You will be responsible for the success of the most critical engineering and process improvement initiatives within the division
• Need to have a thorough knowledge of engineering processes and approach's to the industrialization of products
• You will serve as a change agent pioneer to improve relationships with suppliers and customers.
• You will serve as a key technical leader in the division, driving process improvement issues related to yield
• Work with each BU to develop and refine their NPI commercialization road maps
• Drive innovation through cross pollination between the BU's
• Actively engage in acquisition due diligence from a technical standpoint and post integration activities, including facility consolidations.
• Drive the organization to achieve short- and long-term business objectives, Revenue growth, EBITDA growth, and working capital improvements.
