Job Title:  Inventory Control & QC Inspector

The Inventory Control & QC Inspector has a critical role within the Process Instruments manufacturing team.  This role is expected to assist with all incoming receipts and inspection of materials. Helps maintain accurate inventory records, assisting with regular inventory audits and cycle counts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies and collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy.  Review and inspect all outgoing products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.

This is a high-volume role that requires significant multitasking and self-prioritization to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of orders to our customers.  Monthly revenue targets drive the direction and focus of the Operations Team. 

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

•           Minimum of 3 years’ experience

•           Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus

•           Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

•           Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel

•           Experience with ERP systems beneficial, Navision a plus

•           Self-starter, taking ownership of tasks, a hands-on approach, and a strong attention to detail

MOST CHALLENGING PART OF THE JOB

 •         Managing a large volume of requests and needs throughout the facility.

•          Workload balance at various times of the month 

•          Accuracy of final inspection for outgoing Analyzers
