Job Description: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our Controls Southeast (CSI) team- the leading provider of thermal process solutions to plants around the world. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and validating the performance, safety, and reliability of CSI’s thermal control products before they are delivered to customers. This is a hands-on position that requires mechanical aptitude, strong learning agility, a commitment to quality, and the ability to follow detailed procedures.

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

·        Conduct Pressure/leak tests on fabricated products in accordance with written instructions.

·        Inspect products for defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications.

·        Document test results, identify issues, submit reports, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve them.

·        Operate and maintain testing equipment and tools.

·        Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements

·        Track and maintain inventory of consumables - gauges, bolting, plugs, flanges, tools, gaskets, etc.

·        Track and maintain calibration of gauges and other test equipment.

·        Maintain an organized, well-equipped, and clean work environment.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

·        Documentation and Reporting: Ability to accurately record test results, write inspection reports, and maintain quality records.

QUALITY CONTROL ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS:

·        High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

·        Strong mechanical and aptitude.

·        Ability to use a variety of hand tools and manual dexterity

·        Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

·        Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.

·        Previous experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector preferred

·        1-2 years of experience in product testing, quality control, or a related field preferred

 

Schedule:

1st Shift Monday – Friday (flexible start times between 5am - 6:30am)

Overtime as available

Compensation

Salary Minimum:  $40,000
Salary Maximum:  $55,000
