Job Summary:

A strategic and analytical Business Data Analyst with a cross-functional focus on enabling data-driven decision-making across Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Global Customer Service, and Commercial functions. This role plays a critical part in aligning operational execution with strategic goals by delivering insights that enhance planning accuracy, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance.  Key contributions:

  • Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Supports end-to-end planning cycles by providing data models, scenario analysis, and performance tracking to align supply, demand, and financial goals.
  • Global Customer Service: Analyzes service metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to improve service levels, reduce response times, and enhance customer experience.
  • Commercial: Delivers insights into sales performance, pricing strategies, and market trends to support revenue growth and strategic initiatives.

 

Job Duties:

Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Support

  • Ensure data integrity for monthly forecast loads.
  • Analyze and maintain data models and dashboards to support demand planning, supply planning, and financial alignment.
  • Ensure data consistency, alignment, and integrity across planning cycles and business units.
  • Provide scenario analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making across functions.

Global Customer Service Analytics

  • Analyze customer service metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, satisfaction scores) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with service teams to develop KPIs and performance reports that drive operational excellence.
  • Support initiatives to enhance customer experience through data-driven insights.

Commercial Analytics & Reporting

  • Deliver insights on sales performance, pricing, customer segmentation, and market trends.
  • Tracking and reporting support on key commercial KPIs to inform strategic planning and execution.

Data Management & Visualization

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Excel.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure data needs are met.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on priorities, share insights, and support business objectives.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support for special projects and executive requests.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline data processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics and business planning.
  • Contribute to the development of analytics standards and documentation.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or Data Science.

 

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (advanced functions), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SIOP, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Visual, SAP, Oracle) and business process modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Understanding of end-to-end business processes, especially within IBP, Commercial, and Customer Service functions.
  • Ability to identify data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimization and automation.

Salary Minimum:  $70,000
Salary Maximum:  $105,000
