Job Title:  Senior Supply Chain Executive

Senior Supply Chain Executive is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations of the organization. This role involves strategic planning, procurement management, logistics coordination, inventory control, ensuring compliance with regulations, and familiarity with customs procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain processes.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and policies.
• Manage procurement, warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations.
• Oversee and manage customs procedures to ensure compliance and facilitate smooth international trade operations.
• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes and workflows.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and forecast inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure beneficial terms.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure continuity and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage the supply chain budget.
• Generate and analyze reports on supply chain performance metrics.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing multi-functional supply chain operations.
• LMW experience is an added advantage
• Familiar with ISO9001:2015 standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
