Job Title:  Quality Assurance Inspector

The QA Inspector is responsible for performing quality inspections and supporting the maintenance of the Quality Management System. He/She ensures products, materials, and processes meet established quality standards through inspection activities, document control, record maintenance, ERP transactions, and compliance with quality procedures and work instructions. The QA Inspector also assists with quality system administration, material movements in the ERP system, and qualification activities supporting engineering and manufacturing operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Quality Inspection in the department.
• Assisting in preparation of Quality Procedures, Work Instruction and Quality Form – taking copies/filing/labeling/distributing to various departments.
• Issuing Quality Forms to the respective departments and removing old forms from production floor.
• Maintaining record of document changes.
• Updating master list of documents and list of Quality/Environment Records.
• Assisting Quality Manager in maintaining Quality System records.
• QC Inspection jobs.
• Performing the material movements in in ERP system
• Assist on the qualification for the engineers.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to understand basic Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs." 
• Able to follow instructions /new assignment from Lead Operator/Line Leader.
• Able to use basic measurement tools e.g calipers & micrometer.
• Able to read basic drawing requirements.
