Job Description: 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for Quality Inspection in the department.
  • Assisting in preparation of Quality Procedures, Work Instruction and Quality Form – taking copies/filing/labeling/distributing to various departments.
  • Issuing Quality Forms to the respective departments and removing old forms from production floor.
  • Maintaining record of document changes.
  • Updating master list of documents and list of Quality/Environment Records.
  • Assisting manager in maintaining Quality System records.
  • Performing the material movements in in ERP system
  • Assist the engineer on the qualification.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Able to understand basic Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Basic math and basic computer skills.
  • Able to follow instructions /new assignment from Lead Operator/Line Leader.
  • Able to use basic measurement tools.
  • Able to read basic drawing requirements.
