  • Lead marketing due diligence and post-merger integration for acquisitions; develop scalable marketing frameworks for newly acquired businesses.
  • Guide development and execution of marketing programs and events that generate measurable return on investment.
  • Manage key agency and vendor relationships; ensure governance, efficiency, and performance against objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 10-12+ years of proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (e.g., Senior Marketing Director or equivalent), leading multi-site and/or global teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical field (STEM) with demonstrated marketing experience; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex, technical products and customer solutions (preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment).
  • Strong strategic planning, execution, and change leadership skills, including operating across cultures and time zones.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project/program management capabilities; able to build executive-ready narratives from data.
  • Experience building or leading shared services marketing teams and/or teams in low-cost regions is a plus.
