We are looking for a Field Service Engineer as soon as possible:

• Installation, repair, maintenance of analytical instruments for ICP-OES Spectrometer
• May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems.
• Efficiently and effectively diagnose and solve instrument issues in a timely and resourceful manor.
• Creating technical documentation and report to external and internal of the company, such as customers, service team, sales team and headquarters.
• Efficiently manage service workload and plan day to day activities.
• Request creating quotation of parts and service jobs to the team member such as administration staff.
• Correspondence with customers by phone or email.
• Exchange technical information with the German headquarters in English.
• Area of responsibility: Chubu, Kinki, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu
• Working location: Osaka

Experience

More than 3 years experiences of field engineer for analytical equipment or industrial machinery.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Driver's license
• English skills: Basic English (Mainly writing and reading, Equivalent to above TOEIC 400.) 
• Educational background: High school graduate or above
• Ability to overcome difficult tasks with a tenacious mind.
• Ability to assess complex situations and wok flexibly.
• Ability to have a cooperative mind with customers and team members.
• Independence on mind and aspiration personality.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision in an isolated environment.

 Technical Experience

Knowledge and experience within the analytical instruments (good to have)
