Job Description: 

Main activity:

  • Carry out quality audits on products, subassemblies, and production processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the quality department in audits of products, subassemblies, and their storage, manufacturing, testing, handling and packaging processes.
  • Audit procedures, instructions, drawings, assembly charts, and guidelines as needed or a variety of inspection tests and measurement equipment.
  • Generate reports of audit findings.
  • Maintain files of audit findings.
  • Review jointly with managers, production supervisors, manufacturing engineers and technicians, the findings of the audits to generate conclusions and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in corrective action meetings.
  • Support in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Follow up on corrective actions.
  • Other activities required by your Immediate Boss.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Preferably completed high school.
  • 1 year minimum of knowledge of quality systems.

 

Background:

  • Knowledge of production processes preferred.
  • Use measuring instruments (Preferably Vernier, Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Optical Comparator
  • Interpretation of drawings and BOM preferably
  • Basic knowledge of Excell, Power Point and optional Word (data management, basic formulas.
