Job Title:  Manufacturing Technician

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for ensuring that production processes are performed efficiently and effectively. This role involves working with measurement equipment, reading mechanical and electronic drawings, and using specialized software such as SolidWorks, CAD, and AutoCAD. In addition, the ideal candidate will need to apply continuous improvement methods and techniques such as TPM, OEE, and 5S.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and work with mechanical and electronic drawings.
• Use design and modeling software (SolidWorks, CAD, AutoCAD).
• Make change over and use specialized tools.
• Apply Core Tools knowledge and follow work instructions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and apply the 5S methodology.
• Carry out autonomous and preventive maintenance.
• Manage logs and data in systems such as Oracle and MS Office.
• Collaborate with the work team to solve problems and improve processes.
• Perform time analysis and manage BOMs and routers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics or related areas.
• Solid knowledge of measuring equipment and reading drawings.
• Experience using SolidWorks, CAD, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Core Tools, TPM, OEE and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in autonomous and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to work in a team and solve problems effectively.
• Intermediate English.
• Experience of 1 year in a similar role, preferred.
