Job Title:  HR Generalist

Ametek Nuevo Laredo is in search for a Human Resources Professional to fill an important role within the organization. This position is a Shared Services resource that supports all Divisions & BU's located in the facility. The ideal candidate will be an HR Generalist with a strong focus in recruiting and labor relations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead/support recruitment efforts of direct, indirect and salaried positions.
• Support and follow up on labor relations actions and plans
• Coordinate employee services (i.e.: transportation and cafeteria).
• Support and maintain the HRIS Systems ensuring accuracy & Regulatory alignement. 
• Support and help with Government Inspections and Compliance.
• Schedule flexibility to support different working shifts, including weekends or holidays, when needed.
• Support general HR activities as needed

Requirements:

• College &/or University degree.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position within a Manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual; Spanish and English will be highly preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in personnel management.
• Familiarized in supporting HR management in a Mexican Union manufacturing environment.
• Legal & compliance knowledge; IMSS, STPS, INM.
• Experience actively participating in quality systems from an HR (Training) perspective.
