• In charge of conducting initial order assessment from customers as regard to condition of trade, product requirement, delivery date request, and customer service while in need collaborating with other teams to meet customer demand.
• Key-in S/O and follow-up to customer orders.
• Secure orders' pricing and optimize delivery schedule.
• Coordinate with internal departments to insure close adherence to delivery schedule.
• Follow up on the payment collection from customers.
• Manage customer system maintains order status.
• Prepare of Daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports
• Checking follow-up RMA process.
• Other non-routine work requested by supervisor.
