Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for safe operation, repair and maintenance of equipment, facility, and other miscellaneous services.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Schedule and implement preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Maintain electrical systems
- Maintain compressed air system
- Maintain pressure pipe/ tubing for the Nitrogen lines
- Serve as the facilities lead with a variety of maintenance related topics with contractors/government (water, fire, HVAC)
- Participates in safety audits and ensuring safety compliance.
- Complete all ISO safety checks.
- Supervises the activities of outside contractors engaged in related work.
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- High proficiency with electrical and mechanical systems
- Certified or licensed electrician preferred, not required
- Experience in machine troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance required
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow workplace safety standards and company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
