Job Description: 

Position Description :

    • Maintenance, repair and calibration of products both, In-house and on-site according to all relevant standards like e.g.  ISO 17025
    • 2nd Level fault diagnostics and troubleshooting, remote and Onsite (if required) to internal and external customer
    • Maintenance, repair and calibration coordination with local and oversea customers including execution and documentation of performed service
    • Coordinate and evaluate customer and internal spare part requirements with relevant departments within the area of responsibility
    • Service and support case management
    • Continues improvement of workflows and processes within the area of

responsibility

    • Support regional service leader to establish a professional service and support business
    • Execute, improve and maintain calibration, repair and upgrade procedures including documentation in accordance to company quality system standards (e.g. ISO 17025, ISO 9001 etc.)

Position Requirements (nice to have & must have):

 

  • Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
    • Degree (Preferably) / Diploma in Electronics, Telecoms and / or RF field
    • Intermidiate English writing & English speaking, Business level of Japanese
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
    • Confident, persistent, assertive, committed, independent and good team player

 

  • Preferred/Desired Requirements
    • Ability to meet schedules and on demand oversea travel
    • Experienced and used to work according to International EMC standards, including ISO, IEC, ANSI, etc. preferred.
    • Knowledge in Calibration Accreditation would be an added Advantage.

*国内・国外顧客に対して、メンテナンス、修理、キャリブレーションのコーディネート(ドキュメント作成などの事務処理含む)

*トラブルシューティング(リモートもしくはオンサイトで実施)

*製品メンテナンス、修理、キャリブレーション(国際規格IEC/ISO17025に基づく)

*スペア部品の調整・評価

*自身の職務範囲におけるワークフロー及びプロセス改善

*品質マネジメントシステム(ISO17025、ISO9001)に基づき、ドキュメント含む、校正・修理・の見直し

*国内出張:20%以下

*主な顧客:自動車部品メーカー、医療機器メーカー、家電メーカー、等

 

要件

3年以上の経験(エレクトロニクス製品の分野での技術経験)

*アナログ及びデジタルエレクトロニクス回路図の知識

*英語 初級

*日本語 ビジネスレベル(目安N1)

*分析力、問題解決能力の高い方

*コミュニケーションスキルの高い方

*エレクトロニクス製品関連の修理・メンテナンス経験 望ましい

*国際的なEMC規格(ISO、IEC、ANSI)の経験があると尚良

IEC/ISO17025品質マネジメントシステムの知識があると尚良
