Job Description: 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and issuance of shipping documentation for dispatch of finished goods (delivery notes / pro forma invoices, CMR, certificates)
  • Communication with customer service teams abroad
  • Communication with customs brokers (knowledge of customs regulations is an advantage)
  • Communication and coordination with carriers / transport providers
  • Creation and management of transport orders
  • Receipt and verification of transport invoices
  • Arrangement of express shipments
  • Coordination of domestic transportation
  • Cooperation with planning, warehouse, and accounting departments

 

Special knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Secondary education
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Communicative level of English
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Driving licence category B is an advantage

Compensation

Currency:  CZK
Salary Minimum:  35,000
Salary Maximum:  45,000
Incentive:  No
