UX Documentation & Design Internship at Rauland — Build, Explore, and Make an Impact!
We’re looking for a motivated UX Documentation & Design Intern to support our growing digital product portfolio. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our UX team to help organize, document, and visualize key user experience artifacts that guide product and engineering decisions.
As part of your responsibilities, you will assist in documenting existing application structures, creating wireframes based on established information architectures, organizing interface assets such as icons, and contributing to usability review activities.
You’ll work under the mentorship of the UX/UI Manager and gain hands-on experience translating complex workflows and product concepts into clear, intuitive visual documentation used across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about UX who wants real-world experience in design documentation, product structure, and cross-functional collaboration.
By the end of the internship, you will have contributed to the creation of documented information architectures, wireframes for core product screens, an organized interface icon library, and usability review materials that support product and design decision‑making.
In this Internship, You’ll Get To:
- Assist in documenting the structure of existing applications
- Create basic wireframes for screens identified in the information architecture inventory.
- Assist with organizing and expanding the product icon library by:
- Assist with preparing and organizing UX artifacts such as:
- Assist the UX team during usability reviews by:
- Preparing materials for review sessions
- Documenting feedback and observations
- Helping track usability issues identified during reviews
What You'll Bring:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, or a related field
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to clearly present information visually
- Familiarity with design tools such as Axure RP, Figma or Adobe tools is required
- Interest in learning about digital product design and healthcare technology
